Quick bits of news regarding my upcoming offerings.
The first piece of exciting news for me is that I'm returning to teach for a series of Thursday lunchtime classes @Camyoga starting on Thursday 21st April. This offering, entitled "Practice in the Pauses" reflects most closely my own home yoga practice - it is a slow, strong, creative and flowing practice with pauses for noticing breathing, and sensation which slows to a meditative yin based finish. This type of class is great for midday, there is the strength work without the sweat, and a calming antidote to a busy morning. Do come and give it a try.
My other prime focus this month is the beginning of the water season for me. I have been out practicing recently with friends and colleagues, enjoyed a bit of speed work coaching with racing super stars, got lots of new ideas for sequences for sup yoga which will also restart soon. If you are interested in working with me on a SUP, do let me know, as there are various ways to do this in 2022.
I'll also continue to be found at Hotpod Yoga Cambridge, delivering the Nurturing Flow and Beginner classes, which are always a high point of my week.
Look out also for some exciting news regarding an August foray into the retreat space which is majorly exciting! I will keep you posted.
See you soon, in the pod or studio, on a mat, or a mat substitute somewhere in nature x
